Comics have been a love of mine

from the time I couldn't read - but

could look at the pictures.

I am sure that the presence of

comic books in my house was a

major influence on my choice of

career.

Disney's Comic and Stories were a

favorite way back when I was a kid.

Drawing Donald Duck comics

became a driving force for me - and

finally seeing my art make it into a

Disney comic book was a milestone

for me.

I have also been fascinated with

humor and horror type comic

magazines since I was a teen.

I continue to feel that comics are

an untapped medium in many ways.

Particularly comics geared to a very

young audience.
